1 Account Eligibility & Usage
Accounts are provided by school administrators and must only be used by the assigned individual. Sharing login credentials is prohibited. Users must keep their passwords secure and notify the school immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
2 Acceptable Use
- Use the platform solely for educational and administrative purposes.
- Respect classmates, colleagues, and school staff in all communications.
- Upload content that is appropriate, lawful, and owned or licensed for school use.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or disrupt school systems.
3 Data Protection
We protect personal information according to our privacy policy. By using the platform you consent to the collection and processing of data needed to manage enrollment, grades, and school services.
4 Content Responsibility
Teachers and administrators are responsible for the learning materials they publish. Students must submit original work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. Suspicion of plagiarism may result in academic review.
5 Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but may perform maintenance or suspend services when necessary for security or system upgrades. Critical school announcements will be communicated through official channels.
6 Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or revoked if these terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or upon request by the governing school authority. Users remain responsible for activities conducted before suspension.
7 Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as new features launch or regulations change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify administrators of significant changes.
